Spacious and cool rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Centrally located close to everythig else including the stop for the airport bus. And just off Baixa and Chiado, many restaurants and the centre and metro.

The location of this place was great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and the waterfront, and we loved the rooms with a double bed.

The owner was really attentious and, after my complaint, kindly invited us to stay in another hostel he had nearby, in a 1st floor room with heating. Location is great, though the street can be dangerous at night, but there's a wide range of hostels around so it isn't worth it.
Pretty much everything. It didn't match the pictures at all. The building is practically falling apart. We stayed in a 4th floor attic room, no elevator. We got cold from the freeze and there was no heating. My pillow was from another century and I needed to wrap a towel around it so I could sleep. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed, which led me to complain about the lack of conditions.

The location it is in the heart of the city so very convenient to go to the main spots, also the staff is friendly
The main problem with our room was that it was very humid and freezing as there is no heater- we asked for a heater but the staff did not have one, as we went to lisbonne in december, we were always cold in the room which is not a great thing, almost feeling sick, the quality of the room is not great, don't expect anything, I would highly recommend not to choose this hotel if you visit lisbonne during the winter because you'll be cold and with the humidity in the room it's a great discomfort. It's a great deal if you book during summer days or spring.

We loved spending 1 night here. the location was the best. - the staff was helpful and efficient during the whole stay. - the property was close to a metro station. - the room had a bathroom. We had a great time staying here for one night. the budget hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. the location was fantastic, being close to a metro station. the staff were so helpful and efficient throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. Plus, it was convenient to have a room with a bathroom.

The only pro is the location, near the Restauradores and Chiado metro stations and close to the stores and attractions.
The hotel is situated in a old building. Four floors and no lift. The room is very small and walls were dirty. The room smells musty and you can see slime on the bathroom walls. The building has no heating. The price may be cheap, but you can find better hotels in Lisbon for 10 Euros more. I don't think it worth the price.

It didn't have any heating and so the rooms were absolutely freezing! Also some of the rooms were mouldy. The furniture was very old and the rooms offered little comfort. I'm glad I didn't get a pneumonia after staying there. Ps. i asked for a heater and they didn't have one...

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major sights and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The rooms were basic but clean, and the bathroom had recently been remodeled. We did not have wifi in the building, but with so much to see and do in the area, we were hardly in the room anyway. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
